Amendment to the criteria on application for the Instructor Certificate 
effective on 15 August, 2000

It was passed by resolution in the meeting of the Board of Executive Directors held on 13 August 2000 that an initial application for the Instructor Certificate submitted by a student of a deceased Sifu should be duly certified by any two students of the deceased Sifu who are also holding Instructor Certificates issued by the Ving Tsun Athletic Association. Any application requesting for deviation from the above criteria should be fully justified for 
consideration in a case by case basis by the Board of Executive Directors.
