If anyone has sky 1 and is watching FIGHT SCHOOL then you will no doubt recognise the name, grand master Lau. What is this mans place in the Wing Chun story? He seems very humble and nice, my wife even thought he was an actor then I recognised the name! Simon Lau?

simon is from the school of teaching students chi sao rolling with attacks applied at random,for no reason. If you ask as student why they justapplied a certain move in chi sao ... they dont know...their words...!!! no reason means shallow knowledge. wing chun is very easy to copy,but under the surface lies ???????

My Sifu comes from the Simon Lau lineage.Attacks at random during chi sao? I've been taught to attack open gates. Is this wrong?
